You may be aware that First Mutual Finance has been part of United Midwest Savings Bank for over 20 years. As we have grown alongside United Midwest Savings Bank, we recognize an opportunity to unify our identities into a single brand. This will help us avoid confusion and better communicate our stability and longevity to new customers and stakeholders. This is a change in visual identity only; our core values, processes, customer service, and employees will all remain the same.

What this means for you?

This will not affect your experience with our company. You don’t need to do anything differently. All processes, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, website logins, etc. will remain the same. All of the staff members you’ve come to know are still here to ensure you have a tremendous experience with our company.

What else is new?

We are thrilled to announce that improvements to our website are coming soon. The functionality will remain the same, however, you can expect significant updates in design and the overall user experience.

Our new automated phone system will allow for customers to access account information 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and will be available for both English and Spanish speaking customers.
